Smorgasburg Toronto is returning for a second season! The weekly food market that launched on Toronto’s Harbourfront last summer will feature 50 weekly vendors every Saturday from June 24 to September 9. Conveniently located at 7 Queens Quay East, at the foot of Yonge Street. Operating hours are 11am - 6pm.

Smorgasburg is the largest weekly open-air food market in America, attracting thousands of people to Brooklyn, Manhattan, Miami and Los Angeles each weekend to eat from dozens of local vendors.  It launched in New York in 2011, as a spinoff of Brooklyn Flea (founded in 2008), and has since launched dozens of small businesses and attracted millions of visitors. The New York Times dubbed Smorgasburg “The Woodstock of Eating.”

Over the last decade, Smorgasburg has become the leading launchpad for aspiring home cooks and budding chefs alike, with thousands of businesses starting out at the markets, which offer a low initial investment combined with immediate access to revenue from market sales. Smorgasburg is always free, open to all ages, and welcomes everyone from everywhere, providing visitors with a true taste of their city.
